Releases of the Week : 8/22 - 8/28

Hello! In case you didn't know already (XD) ~ It's Katie! I'm back with more releases! Yay!

Lets kick it off with yet more spectacular concert releases from Totally Up! Project Summer Concert 2010 ~Ready, Set, Scramble!~ (and yes I'm running out of cool adjectives ;___; Sorry for the redundancy that will most likely follow).

Namida no Taiyou - Umbrella

Katie, Hinaki, and Yumiko are original members of Namida no Taiyou, with Ameimi and Serenyty joining in! Not going to lie, everytime I hear this song I crave oreos because of the "naka no OREO" part XD <3 Love you Tsunku. Hinaki mixed this with her awesome skills.

Kawaii-Sono - Bravo☆Bravo

(Sidenote- Yay for ☆ in titles!) This is mixed by Hinaki as well. A cute-punk song with star vocals from Molly (queen of cuteness), Hinaki (queen of awesomeness) and Ameimi (queen of happiness).

Kawaii-Sono - Renai Rider

Another Hinaki mix! Stars the previous cast of Kawaii-Sono with Hinaki, Ameimi and Molly. I hate this song with a burning passion, but...I must say that I do enjoy this dub very much. In fact, I would buy this if it was a single (and conveniently located in a nearby music shop, not Japan unlike all H!P singles). :D <3

Aly. PWNS. Mano Erina. I mean, no offense Mano fans. She's pretty. But she cannot compare to Aly's vocals at all. Aly absolutely owns this. It's beautiful. I have it on my iPod. -stalker- Mixed by the all-wonderful mixer Michelle!

Totally! Up Project - BE ALL RIGHT!

Another weird Tsunku song I think. But it is pwned with awesome blending power from Serenyty, Logan, Hayashi Ame, suki-chan, Reirae, Menami, Hanna, Purply, Michi, Asuka and Rika Chihara. This song is mixed by suki-chan.

Namida no Taiyou - Oujisama to Yuki no Yoru

Such a calming song~ This is something I'd like to use to drift off into dream land. Stars Hinaki, Katie, and Yumiko, original members of Namida no Taiyou, along with Serenyty and Ameimi joining in! Mixed by the awesome Michelle, it brings smiles into the hearts of young ones.

Now, let's hear a release from the lovely group Urban Promise! It's that time of year again..the time for midsummer greeting cards! And you know what that means!

Urban Promise - Shochuu Omimai Moshiagemasu

Ooohoo! Another Michelle mix. The harmonies in the "Shochuuu Omimai! Moshiagemasu"s are truly awe inspiring. Angeru's solos I almost didn't recognize - she's improved so much, so kudos to her! My favorite Aha~s are sung by Molly, full of genki-kawaii energy <3 This stars Angeru, Molly, Yuki, Bakapai, and Michichan!

And moving on, it's time for some Twilight Legend love! Main group epicness!

Twilight Legend - Onna ga Medatte Naze Ikenai

I'm pretty sure I've said it before and I'll say it again: the beginning of a dub is the most important part. If it starts out weak, the listener won't be compelled to listen anymore. No worries in this case because Danica delivers strong vocals, and it just gets better from then on. Mixed again by Michelle (this must be the 10th song in a row <3). Showcased in this song is Danica, Purply, KioKiou, Yumiko, Ameimi, Katie, Hinaki, Mitsuki, Menami, and, of course, Michelle.

Now lets shake things up with a medley!

Sweet 8 and Legend 9 - Nine Smile Special Medley

Here's the fun part: you can vote for your favorite group! It's Sweet 8 versus Legend 9! As of 8/29, Sweet 8 is winning 2 to 0! Legend 9 is Yumiko, Purply, Katie, Michelle, Hinaki, Danica, Rika Chihara, Ameimi, and Menami. Sweet 8 is Aly, Molly, Eva, Angelfirebabe, Serenyty, Yuki, Corsica, and Boo. Purply is an added addition to Sweet 8! Which group will win? Time shall tell...

This is turning out to be an every-three week occurrence. I'm very sorry for lagging behind in the blogging aspect.

Oh my gosh!!! It's adorable, no? :) Sparkle Society showcases it's cute ensamble of Eva, Molly, Menami, Ameimi, Asuka and Aly in this release.

Star!U - Select Members: So Hot

Man this is SO HOT! Eva's rapping is amazing, along with her mixing skills. Zoey, Hachi, and Teefah also show off their amazing Korean vocal skills in this release, delivering a sexy hot summer song with love from Star!U.

Here we have another fiery release from Star!U. Eva's mixing again is spot on. Katie, Hachi, and Sachiko are also in this, Sachiko especially showing off her fierce K-pop skills in this.

L-ADY - FIRST KISS

Michelle's mixing is wonderful. Loving all the harmonies. This right here, folks, is the definition of kawaii. Zoey + Aly + Ayaka. And Zoey's the first fandubber I've seen without issues on the high notes.

Another amazing mix by Michelle. :) Ayaka's computer had some issues, so she was replaced by Danica. The energy in this song is awesome!

Wild Memory - Pirai! Otome no Negai

Not gonna lie, Tsunku takes the cake with weird lyrics, so credits to Tsunku for writing another weird song! Yay! This is the definition of H!P! Wooo! Danica's mixing is spot on, however Celia is a little quiet. Besides that, this is another strong concert release from Totally Up Project, this time starring Michichan, Celia and Menami as Wild Memory!

And now we take a short break from concert releases to hear soloist Reirae's second single title track: No HesitAtion!

My favorite PucchiMoni song! This is yet another Michelle mix (yay!) and is a cute song with mature vocals! With Menami, Purply and Michichan showing their vocals!
